What is LucidShop?

LucidShop is an online retail store with a wide variety of quality products. Our aim is to provide a lasting relationship with our customers providing excellent customer service. We are based in Johannesburg, we do however courier country wide.


Do I need to register?

No need to register to browse our products. You will be prompted to register an account with LucidShop when proceeding to checkout. Single sign on technology is used to make registering with us easy, fast and reliable. Register with your Facebook or Instagram account. Our customer personal and account information remains private and secure at all times.


What payment methods do you have?

You can make payments using your credit card as well as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and Instant EFT. If you choose to make use of the EFT facility you have to use your order number as reference number for us to allocate payment to your purchase and avoid delivery delay.


Is my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card details go through a secure terminal and are never stored.


How long will my order take?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours after payment has been confirmed. Thereafter products will be dispatched and delivered within 5-10 working days.

Why can’t I collect my order?

LucidShop has no self-collection option nor a physical front shop. As an online shop we deliver only via Courier – country wide.


What if I receive the goods damaged?

It is LucidShop’s responsibility to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. If anything is damaged, please contact us and we will follow the process as set out in our returns policy to replace the product and return the faulty or damaged item. Please see our returns policy for more details.


Can I return/cancel my order?

If you would like to return your purchase due to the fact that you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, you have 72 hours to return it to us at your expense. A 10% handling fee will be charged and your account will be credited with the balance of your purchase fee.


What if I received the wrong item?

You should please notify Getta immediately and we will send our courier (at no additional cost) to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you.
