Series 2 Overview
The WizSense series of Dahua IP cameras uses advanced deep learning algorithms for intelligent functions such as perimeter security and SMD Plus motion detector. At the same time, the Starlight technology implemented in this series provides high image quality in low-light conditions.


Functions
Intelligent Dual Illumination
Intelligent Dual Illumination technology developed by Dahua uses a smart algorithm to detect objects. Usually, at night, only the IR illumination is turned on, but when an object appears in the observation area, the visible light illumination turns on, and the video camera begins to transmit color video, recording important events in color. When the object leaves the observation area, the visible light illumination is extinguished and the IR illumination is turned on again, effectively reducing light pollution.


SMD Plus
The intelligent motion detector SMD Plus can effectively classify objects in the observed scene, such as people and cars. The detector filters out false alarms caused by objects that are not of interest, allowing for effective and accurate alarm signaling.


Perimeter Security
Thanks to deep learning algorithms, the perimeter security feature can accurately distinguish people and vehicles from other moving objects. In restricted areas (for example, pedestrian zones and traffic zones), this classification of objects has significantly reduced the number of false alarms of intelligent functions such as line crossing detector and zone control.


Optimized H.265+ and H.264+ Codecs
Featuring an advanced video stream size control algorithm that adapts to the scene being watched, Dahua's optimized codecs provide more efficient video compression than standard H.265 and H.264 codecs while maintaining high image quality and cost savings for data storage and transmission.


Full-color
Thanks to its advanced sensor and large aperture lens, Dahua Full-color technology provides color images even in extremely low light levels. This exceptionally effective light sensitivity technology allows the camcorder to capture more of the available light to produce brighter, more colorful image detail.
